Rainbow after grey sky

So I fell asleep during the day and I woke up with eyes stained with the salt of tears. But I’ve come to the conclusion such a life after an irrevocable change just means you just have to return to the old fishing spot, the old park route, or even the old morning highway drive. They are mostly phanthoms of memories long faded away, but they are worth it to just remember for a moment. But usually they are just the salty tears flowing of love that is no longer here. But even across the green meadows there above is the rainbow waiting to be fulfilled. Long gone or not, if you believe you will capture it once again, you will have your promised moment under that rainbow you have waited so long for.

Falling asleep under halogen bulbs giving me the neon dreams

I’ve been up for much of the night again. Just scrolling the web and came here to see if there is anything worth the grain of salt. But credulity rests with the fine folks of the internet. Lest this community wanders from stuff of thoughts to stuff of recipes. Alas, even great thinkers need a midnight sandwich as such. But I can’t help to think that some feelings rest better on an empty stomach. Ergo, butterflies, fairies, and white doves have their places in weekend dates, Cinderella stories, and even solemn vows and faith. So there other places for long walks, but the usual routes would often suffice. There are other reasons for the funding of coastal beaches, but having walks to remember with those you love usually are enough reasons to pay your taxes. So let us support Parks Canada by frequenting the pathways, loitering the shade tree, and occupying the benches.

Thoughts on an empty stomach, Theseas M.
